About Your Teacher
In 1978, Patricia Thiery earned a BA in Art, setting the foundation for her lifelong dedication to creativity. Over the years, she expanded her skills to include upholstery, mosaics, lapidary, chair caning, stained glass work, and more!
Her passion for hands-on artistry and love of teaching others makes her the perfect guide for this experience. Participants can learn from decades of expertise in a welcoming and inspiring environment. Pat’s attention to detail and mastery across multiple art forms ensures every guest feels accomplished and creatively fulfilled.

Where are the classes held?
Our classes are in our cozy farmhouse art studio at 3100 Buelher Rd, Hastings, Michigan 49058.
Do I need to book a stay to take a class?
Not at all! Our classes are open to everyone, whether you're staying with us or just stopping by for the day.
What if I don’t finish my project during class?
No worries! We’ll send you home with the necessary supplies to complete it or work with you on other arrangements.
How many people can join a class?
We generally host up to six students per class but are flexible. Email us if you have a larger group, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Is there an age limit?
We recommend classes for eight and up students, but we’re open-minded! As long as the student has a parent present and can safely follow instructions—especially around tools—we’d love to have them join.
