Mosaics Class

Your instructor, Pat, has creatively incorporated mosaics into her home, adding stunning floor inlays and decorative stair risers—so let your imagination run wild!

Whether you’re a first-timer or have dabbled in crafting before, this class is perfect for anyone seeking a fun, one-and-done creative experience. Plus, you'll have the freedom to design something original, inspired by your imagination!

What We Provide:

• 8 Hours of Hands-on Instruction Over Two Days

• Materials, Tools, and Safety Glasses

What You’ll Need to Bring:

• Wear long sleeves and closed-toe shoes

• Bring something special to transform with your mosaic! It could be a small bedside tabletop, a picture frame, or even a (small) piece of lumber destined for a future project. ​

Class Schedule - Part 1

10 am

Pat will help you plan your project and introduce you to the tools you’ll use. You’ll then be able to work with Pat to customize your mosaic, so be sure to bring along inspiration. 

12 pm

At noon, everyone will break for lunch. Students can bring a packed lunch or explore one of Hastings’ many local or chain restaurants.

2 pm

We’ll work on the mosaics together! 

4 pm

Class ends - however the studio is open until 8pm for independant work!
